Blog Rush Tutorial Get More Traffic Now !

This tutorial will teach you how to use this free traffic generating service to get more traffic to your website. If you have not already installed the code for it do it now by going direct to the BlogRush website.

The Widget

First off we need to understand how the display widget works so here’s a quick display of the attributes that make up the widget display:

Post Titles

Then we need to understand how we can best use the space we get inside the widget to display our post Title. As you can see from the title of this Tutorial by counting the characters (including the spaces) there are exactly 40. This when displayed in the widget takes up 2 lines which is the max of any title that can be displayed.
If you are going to write a post title longer than 40 character which I’m sure many of you will then make sure that the main point of the post/s are within the first 40 letters.

Content

If you have a website/blog this should be at the top of your agenda anyway. Its all good getting people to your site with a good blog Title, You need to to keep them there. I added this in just to ease off the above paragraph a little so that you make a all rounded effort to make a excellent Title with at least great content.

Selecting the Right Category

This is a common mistake made by individuals that wrongly assume putting their site/blog under a high traffic category is going to get them more visits to their site. You should carefully select the right category that matches your sites content. Its no good putting a Art related blog into the Make Money Online category as the subjects have no real relevance to one another. Doing this correctly will achieve 2 things:

1)It will get you more traffic (not the other way round).

2)It will get you relevant traffic which will mean users coming back to your site.

Website/blog Title

This should also be of relevance to the posts and content. As you can see in the above image of the widget your site/blogs title also gets displayed. It wouldn’t be beneficial to have a blog about Animals with a post on Car exhausts. It should be either the main service or content that your site/blog promotes or produces.

Example: This site is a tutorial blog that has a unique tutorial request service and so i put the title of this site as Request Tutorials.

How to get more referrals

Once you have got the above sorted you should also start making referrals this way you can benefit from the traffic credits they earn thus getting you more impressions under the network. The best ways to do this are:

1) Write a post explaining the benefits of BlogRush emphasising that its free traffic for all! Use your referral link to send any read direct to the sign up page of BlogRush.

2)Your on the Internet you must know a ton of other people with sites and blogs! go tell them about it. Then refer them to Tutorials like this one to help them start getting traffic right away.

Hi… how do I know what will be the Post Title that will appear on the widget. And how can I edit it if I needed.

Hi Tock the first 40 letters of your post title are the exact words that show up in the widget. if your title is longer than 40 letters thats fine but try to make sure that the impact words of your title are within the first 40
